Life Happens, Let’s Role With it. That is the main theme of Christina’s life past and present. Christina was diagnosed with complex PTSD starting from the age of 5 with a traumatic event. She continued to suffer from trauma her entire childhood and was well into adulthood before she received her diagnosis and began to see how different her life was from those around her. Physically she developed a whole host of problems, from high blood sugar, thyroid disease, migraines, digestive problems and that’s a beginning.

Not wanting to be a slave to medication, Christina began a self-help and faith journey to heal herself both physically and mentally. She learned that the longer your body is caught in the fight or flight mode the more your body breaks down. She sought the help of naturopathic experts, books on holistic healing, and a lot of trial and error when it came to eating. This is the path that led her to where she is now, not cured, but in a manageable state of good health and joyful thinking. As a nutritionist, she helps others to learn how to heal themselves through food, exercise, and positive thinking. Life is a choice and we have the ability to choose how we want to live. Christina is a thriving example of taking a lifetime of pain and turning it into a life of purpose and meaning.
